Your role is not another product. Owner driver, courier company, finding a courier and business are roles you hold on your HAF account — not separate accounts to buy. Every account can post freight, whichever plan it is on. Your plan sets how much you can post and the tools around it — never permission to post. Whose goods you may move is set by your role: a business account sends its own goods, and an account that posts for clients moves other people’s.

It is £100 today and includes three months of HAF KNECT Pro free. As the network grows it steps to £250 (also three months of Pro free), £500 (one month) and £1,000 (none) — so supporting early gives you more.
Yes. HAF KNECT Plus (£25/mo) and HAF KNECT Pro (£100/mo) are monthly subscriptions with no lock-in. Cancel anytime, or pay for a year up front and get two months free. The network one-off is the only non-refundable charge.
If you're moving goods on behalf of a client — not your own stock — that's a third-party load. Find a Courier is the role you hold on your HAF account, not a plan you buy, and the role is free to hold. Any plan can post client loads on a Find a Courier account — what changes is how many: 5 a day on Free, 10 on HAF KNECT Plus, unlimited on HAF KNECT Pro. A business account is for your own goods, and Pro gives you fair-use posting.
Yes. A free Business Account lets you book couriers and move your own goods. Find a Courier is a role you hold on a HAF account, not a paid tier, so a free account holding that role can post client loads too — within the same 5 jobs a day. HAF KNECT Plus (£25/mo) raises that to 10 a day and HAF KNECT Pro (£100/mo) makes it unlimited.
